Lake Front Home Building Season was Steady
The 2018-2019 design season in the Lake George basin was the busiest season by far. We were able to obtain 8 Lake George Park Commission Stormwater Permits! That is no small feat. Four of the permits on the first submission. We were able to fast-track four projects that the design started during the late spring and early summer and had all the necessary permits in place to break ground by Labor Day. Much of that credit goes to working with great design professionals, knowledgeable home builders and having a great relationship with the many local communities planning boards and zoning enforcement officers.
We received numerous referrals from realtors, home builders, excavating companies, town officials and various environmental groups. We appreciate your kindness and thank you for having the confidence in us to get these challenging projects completed for your clients.
